Few lines about me:

Guchhi is a dream I have had for many years. Having worked in India for 10 years, I earned my hospitality management diploma in New Delhi and worked in the Grand Hyatt, learning the skills and trade to become an excellent chef. 

My career progressed whilst in Goa working with the best fresh seafood India has to offer. In Goa I learnt home style Indian cookery, using no colourings or preservative and only using the most natural herbs and spices.

I then had the opportunity to come to the UK to study British styles of cuisine and work with Loch Fyne Restaurants, providing me with the knowledge to combine my love of both Indian and Seafood in a style which all cultures will enjoy. 

I opened Guchhi to share my love with the community. I hope Edinburgh will love it as much as we do.
