Chef Sachin DhanolaBorn in 1975 in New Delhi, India. I always had a passion for food. So, it wasn’t at all surprising that I decided to be a chef and spend my entire life igniting the taste buds of people across the globe.
I began my career as a chef with Ashok group of hotels in 1998 as a trainee chef and further sharpened my skills under the watchful eyes of legendry master chef Kharak Singh.
I moved to UK in 2003 and joined Harlequin Restaurant. (Largest Indian restaurant chain in UK) Finally I decided to venture out on my own and open my own restaurant that would bear my signature style of cooking which by now has attracted and fascinated many people visiting my restaurant.
Guchhi is the baby that I always wanted, that would offer the best seafood in Indian style to all..
